We created a new label for the vintage 2015 white and we called it Cuvée Gaïa. The name refers to the particular choice of the block, with a specific earth (Gaïa meaning earth in Greek) but it also refers to the boxer's name, the dog of Anne -Cécile. Gaïa is always around the property.
For their second vintage, our white vines have grown in character . Muscadelle spring all their aromas on the nose, the Semillon give us a beautiful mouth and the Sauvignon blanc bring a nice acidity .
